Applicants must be of Chios descent who are pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees; must be US citizens or green card holders with a permanent address one of the following counties: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton or Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania; Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean or Salem Counties in New Jersey; New Castle County in Delaware. Selection will be based on committee criteria.
