Dependent of a service member currently stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas; Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; Completion of at least 10 volunteer hours during the current school year. Special: Applicants may apply in only one scholarship category per year. Scholarship funds must be used by July 31st of next year.
