Requirements: Applicants must be students in grades 7-12, home-schooled or enrolled in private or public school in the five-county are; Lesson teachers must reside within the five-county area; Vocalists must be thirteen years of age by March 1, 2027; Two contrasting solo selections required (only one may be own composition); Vocalists: one classical and one musical theater (no belting) or two classical pieces; Only one application per student; Two different instruments allowed only within the same genre; Video must be a YouTube public unlisted video.
