About this scholarship
The VAHCDO Scholarship recognizes and rewards high school seniors who have demonstrated a passion for academic success. It is open only to current public housing residents and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants in Virginia whose sponsoring Public Housing Authority is a paid VAHCDO member.
