About this scholarship
Apply by email to enrollment@stvm.com. Include: One-page essay; include applicant's name, address, city, state, zip, phone, parent/guardian name and email, and names of immediate family members who attend or graduated from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School or St. Sebastian School (include relationship and year, plus maiden names if applicable) Requirements: Must be a current eighth-grade student from St. Sebastian Parish School; Provide a copy of 8th grade first quarter grades; Complete the FACTS application; Must print application in ink; Complete 1 day (or 8 total hours) of community service each summer for a cause of your choice; Must be in good standing and maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA to renew each year.
